If for any reason you receive a damaged or tampered product, please inform our Customer Care within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with a video(uncut) of you unboxing it. This will help us resolve your concern as quickly as possible. We always recommend that customers create a quick video of themselves unboxing their orders in case there are any issues with the quality of the product.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as made-to-order/custom products (special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Returns and exchange requests will be subject to checking and evaluation by Bay of Bling.
Bay of Bling is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. Damages due to neglect, improper or wrong usage will not be covered; under our Exchange / Returns Policy.
Products can only be exchanged in case of quality issues & if they are returned in a saleable condition and in their original packaging, in an undamaged & unused condition. No Refund shall be made once goods are sold.
